Shipping Fish?

First please forgive the English. My Finnish is not so great.

Has anyone shipped fish before?
When I ordered my fish they came post 1 day business. Shipped in a thick styrofoam box with a heating pack. The fish arrived in 1 day and was all healthy and perfect.
I was wondering if any hobbyist have shipped fish and whats the best way to send them? Recommended shipping boxes smaller sizes and heating packs.
I have Malawi fish and they breed very well and it seems they have a good following. I live in eastern Finland which is kinda out of the central area, so if I can ship them to other homes this would be wonderful.

Hi, actually I wont ship or order any fishes with finnish postal services, they are not reliable as they has been ? Last week I buy some echinorus stalks from Turku, seller send them week before they arrive to me. Parcel was ok and dates in stamp was like seller said, but still it takes over week to travel from west to east So if parcel contains fish, it think it wont like if it takes week...

Also I think that Matkahuolto wont deliver any living items ? I'm not sure...

Yea sadly Matkahuolto wont deliver live shipments anymore.
My order I got last month was sent one day business 14. It got here early the next morning.
